Where both a regular and large community are specified, either can be used.
Announce to all peers (61020:61020) is the default action, there is no need to tag routes with this community. Do not announce to peer (0:peer-as) takes priority over Announce to all peers (61020:61020). Announce to peer (61020:peer-as) takes priority over Do not announce to any peers (0:61020).
RFC1997 communities are passed through by the route server rather than interpreted.
